Jimmy Soni is an award-winning author, speechwriter, and media professional. He’s served as an editor at the Washington Examiner and the New York Observer as well as in masthead-level roles at other publications. He’s also served as a Partner at Brass Check, one of the world’s leading viral marketing firms. In that role, he helped to launch the works of Grammy-award winning musicians, New York Times best-selling authors, and products from some of the world’s leading technology companies. Under his own name, his work has appeared in The Atlantic, Slate, Forbes, and countless other publications. His last book, A Mind at Play, was published by Simon & Schuster in 2017 and won the top book prize from the British Society for the History of Mathematics. He began his career at the international consultancy McKinsey and Company, where he worked with Fortune 500 leaders in the healthcare and retail sectors, among others.
