Alec Sears

Alec Sears is a skilled digital strategist and communications professional who serves as the Director of Advertising and Engagement at AxAdvocacy. With nearly a decade of experience in political and public affairs, Alec specializes in digital campaign management, strategic communications, and audience engagement, delivering innovative solutions for the firm’s clients.


Alec launched his career during the 2016 election cycle, gaining prominence as a political commentator and writer while pursuing a degree in Computer Science. His technical expertise gave him an edge in leveraging digital platforms, establishing him as a key player in technology-driven advocacy. He enhanced his skills through training with the Forge Leadership Network and the Leadership Institute, focusing on leadership and grassroots strategies.


In 2017, Alec took on operational leadership of Lone Conservative, a widely read youth blog, positioning it as a talent pipeline for major conservative publications. Joining CRC Advisors in 2018, he contributed significantly to the confirmation of Justice Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court through targeted digital efforts. In 2020, he led the digital strategy for Justice Amy Coney Barrett’s confirmation, managing high-impact campaigns while overcoming personal challenges resulting from a serious motorcycle accident.


In 2021, Alec joined PLUS Communications, where he sharpened his expertise in corporate communications and crisis management. During the 2022 cycle, he served with the Republican National Committee (RNC), overhauling its social media strategy to amplify its national presence. At AxAdvocacy, Alec oversees advertising, designs strategic campaigns, and collaborates closely with clients to meet their goals, while also integrating AI into the firm, bringing cutting-edge technology into its operations.



A native of Dayton, Ohio, Alec now lives in Houston, Texas with his wife and son. His strategic vision and technical proficiency make him an invaluable asset to AxAdvocacy’s efforts in driving impactful advertising and engagement initiatives.
